Antosa aims to dispatch your order within 3-4 days. However occasionally an item may be temporally out of stock, I may need time to schedule the printing of a tranche in an edition. If this is the case Antosa will inform you and you should receive your order within 14 days. Prints are normally dispatched by recorded delivery, flat-packed or in strong cardboard tubes as appropriate. Standard cost of 1st class Delivery tracked and signed for of one or more unframed prints in an order is £6.75.
Framing is generally carried out to order. Please allow at least 7 days to receive your framed picture. However, if you have a shorter deadline, please make contact by email or telephone and Antosa will do her best to deliver the framed picture within your schedule. Secure packing and delivery by overnight courier is to the UK mainland is £9.80.
Antosa also sends her Exclusive & bespoke artworks to the USA, Australia, Japan and many other countries using Royal Mail International signed-for service, which is very reliable and takes up to 10 to 14 days to arrive. The prints are sent either flat-packed or rolled in acid-free tissue paper and a strong cardboard tube, as appropriate. Packing, insurance and shipping worldwide is charged at GBP £14.00 for one or more items in an order. Delivery of framed pictures overseas is £45 - you may prefer to order the print unframed and have it framed locally.

Refunds / Exchange
In the unlikely event that any item purchased from Antosa is not in perfect condition when delivered to you, please notify us in writing within three days of delivery and return it to us within fourteen days of delivery. We will then replace the item and refund your cost of postage. If upon receipt of an item purchased from Antosa you wish to exchange it, you may return it in perfect condition within fourteen days of delivery, together with notification of your alternative selection of at least the original value. Antosa will then dispatch your alternative selection and if appropriate charge any difference in cost to your card. None of the above affects your statutory rights.
